Today, Geoff works at the intersection of executive advisory, AI adoption, customer operations, and workforce transformation, helping organizations translate emerging technologies into measurable business value. His perspective is informed not only by executive leadership experience, but also by advanced study through the Harvard Data Science Initiative and MIT Executive Education, as well as ongoing engagement with industry leaders through advisory boards, executive education, research initiatives, and practitioner-led dialogue.
